Our 4,400 square foot building houses TWO immaculate workspaces inside the huge clean room kitchen area along with a massive storage area to house all of your dry goods, packaging, and other necessities. No more lugging everything around when it’s time to cook.

We have enough space to house all of your specialty equipment, which we allow, and encourage you to bring. Our in-house inventory is a food entrepreneur’s dream; 20-80qt mixers, food processors, grinders — you get the point!

Centrally located in the heart of Farmingdale, Long Island, we are two blocks from Restaurant Depot, USPS Melville Shipping Hub, and pretty much every type of purveyor to assist with speedy, on-time deliveries. Accepting freight or shipping out your own goods couldn’t be easier.
