The facility is a total 4,000 square feet; with an 18ft cooking line. Underneath that line and throughout the whole space is brand new, top-of-the-line equipment. There is over 1000sq/ft of empty space ready to be used for dry storage, cold storage (bring your own equipment), or even extra prep space when needed. We have a wide range of smallwares and custom gadgets that would make any food entrepreneur giddy.
We are centrally located in the heart of Farmingdale, Long Island. The space is two blocks from Restaurant Depot, USPS Melville shipping hub, and pretty much everything purveyor is local to the area for speedy on-time deliveries. Whether you are accepting a freight delivery or shipping out your own goods, we are right where you need to be.
We are looking for businesses who are ready to take their business to the next level, but cannot jump to their own space quite yet. Currently, we have limited morning shifts available, with plenty of afternoon/evening availability plus discounted overnight shifts. We start with a minimum of a 4-hour shift and work up there. For a company looking for something more stable and consistent, we also have a monthly rate as well.
